A graduate of the Buenos Aires Hotel School, Cecilia started her career in Puerto Vallarta, México (1991) and was transferred to Spain for the opening of Hyatt Regency La Manga.

Back in Argentina (1997), she took over the position as Director of Sales for Relais & Chateaux Las Balsas and moved on to
Starwood’s Luxury Collection.

Today and together with Martin-her husband-she is managing her own luxury retreat: Cavas Wine Lodge.
